This was my first time renting with Leaders, and I had such a great experience! Ollie was incredibly professional and helpful, taking the time to really understand what I was looking for. I couldn’t recommend them highly enough!

Had a great experience with Ollie. This is my first time renting (as well as relocating) and Ollie was so friendly, helpful and patient. Nothing was too much trouble, thank you for your help. I also want to shout out Josh who very kindly helped me on the day I collected keys, wasn’t his department but went above and beyond to help me. A bit of feedback, a few things were extremely last minute/late notice. Not related to any persons just the system and process itself.

Had a wonderful experience renting with Leaders. Largely down to the letting agent Ollie. He was so warm and courteous always on hand to help and provide any information we required. Could not recommend and praise him and the agency!

I am happy with the services that Ms. Namphet Tisantia has provided to me since she became the manager for my property. She is always responsible, efficient, understanding, and reachable whenever I need her attention and assistance to look after issues arise in the property, and she is capable of sorting things out which is a great relief for me. I feel that she takes her work seriously and diligently which is of very good quality in the workplace.

All praise to Namphet Tisanthia who has recently been managing my property. She has seen me through some tricky times with some particularly difficult tenants and handled the situation admirably. She has always got back to me promptly either by email or phone which is more than I can say for some previous managers. I feel I am in safe hands.

Had some excellent help from Oliver King, my situation was very unusual and he was just really helpful and very reassuring. Thanks so much for all the help :)
