My partner and I would like to thank Rick for every inch of effort he put in to making our first time buyers experience the best it could be. Anything we needed he would go above and beyond for and we were never at any point made the feel as though the sellers are his first priority, I believe both parties journeys were equally respected. The sales team at Leaders have gone over and above in their efforts not only to sell my property but to support/help/guide me throughout the whole process. Special mention to Rick Hall (recommending/organising various tradesmen for refurbishment issues) and Tom Sharp whose quick thinking prevented further damage to a situation. I had regular updates/feedback/advise from Rick , and with extra visits alongside the usual viewings ensured my property was as safe as it could be whilst empty. Thank you.

Firstly I must say a massive thank you to Lauren , who has gone above and beyond to help my cousin. Who found herself in such an awful situation. Losing a sister and then 10 days later losing her partner. From our first contact with Leaders we was greeted by Lauren whom listened to the dreadfully sad news of my cousin, she become so kind and caring towards her which as helped her so much. Within a week of speaking with Lauren low and behold we have the perfect property for her to move back to Essex with her family. Lauren you have been amazing your endless support to us as a family and ensuring my cousin was housed was impeccable. You have treated both myself and Serena with respect,care and dedication.
