Dear Tony, I have dealt with Hugo over the past 4 weeks since we arrived in the UK in relation to finding a property for us. From walking in off the street and into the Leaders offices, Hugo greeted me with a warm, friendly and welcoming presence.This instantly made things easy and created a desire to want to deal with him and Leaders. From looking at the property to all the ins and outs of references, ongoing communications and the setting up of it all, I found Hugo to be very professional and knowledgable. Where he didn’t know of things I asked he sort it for me. Hugo’s pleasant manner, humour and warm personality have always been present in our dealings together. The only bit of constructive feedback I would give would be to communicate all of the little details, which can get overlooked when someone is brand new to a country. Oh, and that he is a West Ham fan! I would recommend dealing with Hugo and Leaders. Thanks Hugo

We rented a property through Leaders in Emsworth and I couldn’t fault the process from start to finish. Amy in particular was absolutely excellent throughout and couldn’t have done any more to make the move a smooth and easy process. It was great to have someone who kept in constant contact at every step of the process and no query or question was to big for her to deal with, she would always give us a call and let us know the answer same day. Amy was excellent at taking us through the process methodically and letting us know where we were at and what we needed to do at each step. She was friendly, upbeat, helpful and extremely organised. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her, or Leaders too anyone I know. From the very first property visit with Amy, she made things easy and was an absolute pleasure to deal with. Everyone else at the branch including Hugo in particular were exactly the same. Thank you Leaders & staff for helping us find our next property!

Really great service at Leaders Emsworth! Amy was super helpful the whole way through the process and kept really good contact with us to make sure everything was progressing as it should be!

Leaders have been really good with us, Hugo dealt with our moving and helped us with any questions we had. We had a bad experience in the past from another company but Hugo and Leaders were very understanding, patient and lovely and helped me deal with all my worries :) I was recommended leaders by my brother who rented with them and I’m glad we went with leaders.
