We’ve been fortunate enough to be renting our accommodation for 9 years from Leaders and have always found them to be helpful. The thing I struggle with most when renting is inspections; completely understand why they need to happen but it can often feel very intrusive having someone in your home. Andy Welsh at Leaders has been doing our inspections for the last couple of years and has never made us feel uncomfortable. Andy is polite always takes the time to chat and ask how we’re all doing I never get the feeling he’s judging me for not having put the washing away! Andy is professional and takes the time to listen when it comes to any issues or thoughts we have.
