I had a problem with Cheshire East charging me council tax for a flat that LeadersCrewe were renting out for me.I spoke with Joanne Hagan from the Hanley branch( my letting branch is Leaders Crewe office.She advised me to phone Council tax office to to give them permission for Joanne to act on my behalf.Half an hour later it was all sorted out by Joanne and relived me of a lot of stress.
