Natalya was very lovely, showed me around the one bed in Perryfield Road and explained as much as she could with information provided to her about the flat and the surroundings. I had a few questions about the property and she said she will go away and update me soon.

We have recently moved into a rented property after selling our house. The property is managed by Leaders Horsham. There have been a number of issues requiring repair some quite urgent like 2 internal water leaks!! Every report has been handled so efficiently, promptly and with such care and kindness by Louise and laterly Cameron. We have not been made to feel "oh its them again" despite us feeling like this!! And all the repairs and necessary workmen have fixed all the issues in a very timely way. Louise and Cameron are brilliant communicators, see jobs through , speak to who they need to, and resolve issues quickly. We completed on the sale of our rental flat in Pound Hill today. James Kerridge was our main contact and he was very efficient and professional throughout the transaction. He was always “on our case” and achieved a fantastic result for us by securing an offer just over the asking price. He has been diligent in following through the sale and even went out of his way by dropping some keys off at our house on his way home. He is a credit to Leaders and we would definitely use them again.
