So far I’ve had a great experience with Leaders. Moving can be a stressful time, but the Hove team have been a real pleasure to deal with. A big ‘Thank you’ to both Harry and Joanne who have supported me with viewings, general enquiries and completing documents in a timely manner. Their communication has been excellent and professionalism much appreciated.

We chose Leaders to help us rent out a flat because they were highly recommended for their professional approach. Our experience was excellent - they guided us through all the necessary steps and the whole process was completed within a few weeks.

I needed help finding a pet friendly property to rent which was proving difficult; Harry was great and immediately recommended me a perfect flat. The whole process was really quick and smooth, and Tom was great at communicating between me and the landlord.

Ours wasn't the typical rental having just relocated from Malta after living there 5 years. We did find the whole referencing checking quite a long process and the fact so many external outsourced companies were involved i.e lettingshub. On a local note we found Thomas the lettings agent from Hove, prompt and polite and answered all our questions and we luckily secured a family home in BN3 quite quickly. Thanks Thomas once again. Leaders inventory check platform we liked the usability & functionality however, I would recommend all tenants to check every property for damages so you don't experience any hidden surprises after you have moved into your new property.
