Once again Joanne and her team deliver! Finding myself in need to rent out my flat as fast as possible, Joanne and Thomas were able to provide a new tenant in a matter of days! Such a relief to know she and her team have the skills, knowledge and expertise not only to secure a good tenant in such a short amount of time, but to ensure that all the legal and ethical needs are in place both for myself and my tenant. We've used Leaders for around 20 years now in respect of four properties in Brighton and Hove but sadly, this relationship is now ending as we convert our properties into equity to fund our retirement adventures. Over the last few years our main point of contact has been Francesca Cranford and she has always been exemplary in dealing with our queries, requests and all the other elements that go with letting properties. We'll be sorry to say goodbye even though we're excited to embark on this new phase of our lives.
