From having the valuation, putting the property on the market and right through to completion I was impressed with the professionalism, courtesy and helpfulness provided by the Valuation Team (Claire) and the Move Manager (Sue). I was kept updated during the sale process and all my questions were answered in full by Sue. Sue also prompted my solicitor a few times to get updates as well.
