Wow, what a team! Nick found us a new tenant straight away and kept us well informed of progress. And then Jo (Property Manager) did an amazing job of getting the property prepared for the new tenant in just a couple of weeks, which included full redecoration, carpet cleaning, electrical/plumbing work, new blinds, new floor coverings, deep clean, gardening and numerous other repairs.
