Myself and my husband have been tenants of Leaders for a few years now, during that time there have been some house repairs that have needed lots of attention and help, Lucy Stephens has been our liaison and helper at Leaders and she has been brilliant, organising the help/works we need, being super responsive, chasing things with other company’s for us and letting us know the outcome of things, we’re very grateful to have someone so efficient helping us to be happy in our home.

Dealing with Lucy Stephens is a pleasure. Lucy, with her friendly, cheerful voice is always willing to put herself out to help, going above and beyond expectations. Unfortunately I had bad luck with my previous tenants and sorting out the mess has been a nightmare. Thankfully I received great support and help from Lucy, and also a couple of her colleagues.
