I was doing a big city move (From Birmingham to London). The flat was advertised on Leaders. Right from the start, Leaders (in particular Sian) were/ was organised. Everything was clear, from the communication to the actual process. Sian was available for all inquiries and was quick to respond (especially to lengthy emails). I’m particularly grateful to her for showing constant patience and being there as this was a daunting move but she made it particularly smooth and easy. Additionally staff at the office were friendly and very helpful (Victoria and Claire). If the need ever arises to rent again, i’ll be staying with Leaders Sutton.
