We moved in to the property at the end of October and was assigned Ffion Whittlesea as our property Manager. I feel Ffion has gone above and beyond for us. We have had some challenging situations but Ffion has dealt with every one head on and has been extremely fare. I feel she’s very professional and just seems to work round the clock. Ffion’s a real people person, and I really would recommend her to anyone.

I have been renting with Leaders for over 11 years and have always had a good service. Sophie Conway the property manager has always been a pleasure to deal with, and has on numerous occasions gone above and beyond, even answering emails while on annual leave!

Having had many bad experiences dealing with estate agents as a tenant I’m happy to say that Leaders has been surprisingly good, particularly Lewis who has been brilliant. Would recommend if you’re looking to rent.

Today, I rang up with numerous queries, however unfortunately my property manager was unable to take these queries. Instead, Emma Lusted listened to me, made notes as I spoke, and actioned the queries straight away. From previous experiences with other staff members, I did not expect such efficient service, and therefore was pleasantly surprised with this engagement.
