We’re first time buyers viewing properties. We were shown around a few properties by Samatha Clifford and she was just amazing. She gave us her time to answer lots of questions we had about first time buying, offered tips from her own experience buying and gave so much more than we’d had from any other of the multiple estate agents we’ve seen so far. She didn’t pester us or make us feel pressured to use other services like a lot of off putting agents we have experienced and it made a very positive impact. She’s worth her weight in gold!
