As a Leaders landlord, you’ll have access to a large and active tenant database and proven advertising strategies.

We prepare a tenancy agreement for both parties to read and sign.
To minimise the risk of disputes, Leaders use an independent inventory service. This is a detailed list of the property’s condition and contents when the tenant moves in, signed by the tenant and the landlord.
The tenant pays a deposit to secure the property – unless you offer the no-deposit option. The deposit is held independently against possible damage to the property.
When your tenants move in, you must make sure they have access to user manuals, instructions and any other paperwork they may need.
From seeking expert legal advice on your contract to liaising with your current agency, we always make the transition to Leaders smooth. As a welcome, we will give you three months of free management for you to experience our professional service and expertise.
