I want to say a huge thank you to Lucy Stevens our 'stand in' property manager. She has been an absolute gem. Sorting out our queries, and still doing so as we've had and are still trying to get to the bottom of some problems we have with other areas of the business. Nothing is too much for Lucy, she's absolutely on the ball, totally efficient, understanding, quick to reply and friendly with it. Leaders need more like Lucy.
