They went above and beyond in greatly expediting the process at my request, gave frequent communication and were immensely supportive especially when providing assistance with the more complex paperwork etc. They worked incredibly hard and accommodated my very busy work schedule. I am also a freelancer and Jess made it completely stress free to document my income in spite of this potential complication. They are my heroes!
